11	21/05/04	Port Dinorwic Wind E 3	Horse reported to be swimming in the Menai Straits.	Horse persuaded ashore. Crew assisted to put the horse into his horsebox.

14	29/05/04	Menai Bridge Wind S/W 3	Persons on Yacht reported seeing 3 youths stealing a dinghy and outboard from another yacht late at night. No Lifejackets.	Lifeboat crew found the dinghy on the opposite side of the Menai Straits complete except for oars. No sign of the youths. Dinghy returned to owner.

16	01/06/04	Penmaenmawr Wind N/E 3 to 4	Flares reported to have been seen by a passing motorist. Fisherman in difficulty in a swamped dinghy..	Nearby fisheries protection vessel saved man from water. Fisherman and dinghy taken to Penmaenmawr by Lifeboat.

17	02/06/04	Fryers Bay Wind N/W 2 to 3	Speedboat taking on about 1 foot of water. Lifeboat crew beached the vessel and found the bung was loose.	This was remedied and towed the vessel to Beaumaris. Mobile Coastguard provided transport to pick up their trailer from Menai Bridge.
18	06/06/04	Puffin Island Wind S/W 4 to 5	Windsurfer reported to be in difficulty	Windsurfer OK. He landed on Puffin Island to take bird pictures.

19	06/06/04	North of Puffin Island Wind S/W 5 to 6	Owner of broken down Speedboat requested help via his mobile phone.	Occupants put aboard Lifeboat because of weather conditions. Speedboat towed to Beaumaris.
20	09/06/04	South of the Gazelle slipway Wind W/SW 4	30' Yacht adrift. Found to be unoccupied. ( Owner contacted later )	Lifeboat crew established a tow and towed the vessel to Dickies Boat Yard. Bangor.

21	10/06/04	4 Miles north of Puffin Island. Wind S/W 7 to 8	32' Yacht with engine failure in adverse conditions. One person on board.	Lifeboat put crewman aboard to assist yachtsman. Yacht towed to a safe mooring in Beaumaris Bay. 10:45 pm.
22	12/06/04	Caernarfon Wind S/W 1 to 2	46' Motor Cruiser Aground	When the Lifeboat reached Menai Bridge it was recalled. Motor Cruiser floated off ok.

23	20/06/04	Menai Bridge Wind S/W 2	Person sighted on Menai Bridge chains. Unsure of outcome.	Nothing found. After an extensive search the Lifeboat returned to station.
24	20/06/04	Beaumaris Pier. Wind S/W 2	Male Person in a distressed state trying to jump into the water. 7:30 am.	Person apprehended by the Police. Lifeboat stood by.
25	20/06/04	One & quarter miles N/E Puffin Island. Wind N/E 4 to 5	32' Yacht with steering problem being escorted by Rhyl ALB	Beaumaris Lifeboat took over and escorted the yacht into the Menai Straits to Menai Bridge and made secure to Pier.
26	25/06/04	Fort Belan Wind N/E 2	Cabin Cruiser with engine failure	Lifeboat recalled after receiving information that the cruiser had managed to restart engine ok.
27	29/06/04	Moel - y - Don Wind W 3	Yacht reported to have sunk showing mast sticking up in the water.	Found to be a mast and sail lost the previous day in rough weather from a Laser dinghy.
28	29/06/04	The Platters Swellies Wind S/W 3	Yacht aground on the platters. Centreboard forced through the casing with the impact.	When the yacht floated off a Lifeboat man was put aboard. Yacht towed to Menai Bridge.

30	05/07/04	Caernarfon Wind S/W 2	Large Speedboat aground on a falling tide.	Crew of Speedboat evacuated. Returning on next high tide to recover their craft.
31	05/07/04	Fryers Bay Wind S/W 2	Yacht with engine failure requested help to move to a mooring in Beaumaris Bay.	Lifeboat towed vessel to mooring. Yacht crew were helped to repair their outboard by Lifeboat crew.
32	05/07/04	Between Puffin Island and Penmaenmawr. Wind W/SW 2	Rib reported to have engine failure. No flares or Radio. 10:30 pm	Crew of Rib taken onto Lifeboat. Lifeboat crewman put aboard to tow Rib back to Beaumaris.
33	26/07/04	Bangor Pier Wind S/W 2	Motor Cruiser Out of Fuel.	Cruiser towed to the Indefatigable Slipway
34	27/07/04	Hoveringham Wreck Wind E 2	" MAYDAY " 26 Ft. Yacht Aground ON the wreck.	Lifeboat attached a tow and the yacht slid off. No damage found and Yacht was towed to Beaumaris Bay.
36	27/07/04	Lavan Sands Wind E 2	32 Ft. Yacht aground 11:30 PM Parents & 2 children evacuated and taken by car to Conwy by Coastguards.	1 Person left on board to await re-floating.
37	28/07/04	Lavan Sands Wind N/E 1	Lifeboat attended re-floating. 4:30 AM	No damage reported and yacht was escorted to a mooring in Beaumaris Bay before returning to Conwy later in the day.
38	01/08/04 8:30 pm.	The Platters in the Swellies Wind E 1	Large Cruiser with one person on board taking in water after hitting rocks on the Platters.	Two Lifeboat crewmen put aboard to assist with towing the vessel to Gallows Point where it was lifted out for repairs.
39	02/08/04	North of Puffin Island Wind E 1	Catamaran with steering difficulties needing a tow.	Beaumaris Lifeboat took over the tow from Moelfre Lifeboat into the Menai Straits and towed the vessel to Gallows Point.
40	07/08/04	Puffin Island Wind E 2	Inebriated person in orange wig and little else in small inflatable in difficulties.	Rescue helicopter lifted person from Lifeboat and flew him to hospital in Bangor.
41	08/08/04	Beaumaris Bay S/W 4	Large Speedboat swamped. 4 Persons in the water 100 metres off slipway.	Persons take aboard Lifeboat. Vessel towed to slipway bailed out and loaded onto a trailer.
42	10/08/04	South East of Puffin Island Wind S/W 3	Large Motor Cruiser with engine failure was initially taken in tow by another smaller cruiser but after restarting her engine made her way into the Menai Straits.	The engine then failed again. When the Lifeboat arrived on scene the vessel had restarted her engine again so was escorted to Penrhyn Dock by the Lifeboat.
43	17/08/04	Hirael Bay Wind S/W 3	2 Youths allegedly reported to have taken dinghy from Penrhyn Dock	Lifeboat crew took dinghy and occupants to waiting Coastguards on slipway to ascertain the position.
44	18/08/03	4 Miles South of Caernarfon Bar Wind S/W 7/8	" Mayday " reported by yacht with steering failure in very rough sea conditions.	Beaumaris Lifeboat recalled just as it arrived on scene. Porthhdinllaen Lifeboat which was nearer to the yacht had taken the yacht in tow. Rescue Helicopter also on scene.
45	21/08/04	Half a mile south of Puffin Island Wind N/W 4	" Pan Pan " reported by 34ft. yacht with steering failure.	Lifeboat crewman put aboard to help establish a tow. Yacht then towed to Gallows Point to arrange repairs.
46	26/08/04	Red Wharf Bay Wind S/W 5/6	2 Persons reported stranded. 999 call made by person on shore with good intent.	The 2 people managed to get to shore safely at Llanddona.
47	31/08/04	Menai Straits Near B6 buoy Wind W 2	Small fishing boat reported overdue with 2 adults and 1 small child onboard. Lifeboat found vessel hard aground and deployed anchor.	Persons on board evacuated and taken to Beaumaris Lifeboat Station. The only safety equipment noted on this vessel were 2 flares.
48	31/08/04	Menai Straits Near B6 buoy Wind W 2	Lifeboat launched to assist owner of Fishing boat to recover his craft.	This was necessary because of lack of knowledge of the area and the fact that it was dark.
49	08/09/04	Caernarfon Wind E 2	Person sailing single handed with dislocated hip called for help via his mobile phone.	Lifeboat recalled after another yacht put crew aboard and motored the vessel to Victoria Dock to a waiting ambulance.
50	11/09/04	Menai Bridge Wind E 7	Yacht with fouled propeller.	Lifeboat crew managed to free rope and secured the vessel to it's mooring.

51	12/09/04	Fort Belan Wind W 6	Person in difficulty in dinghy in adverse weather conditions but managed to reach shore further down the coast.	The second dinghy launched to assist the first dinghy but then had engine failure and was unable to row due to weather conditions. Lifeboat towed the vessel to the slipway at Fort Belan.
52	18/09/04	Penmaenmawr Wind S/W 4	Holyhead Coastguard received 999 call regarding swamped dinghy with one person on board.	Beaumaris Lifeboat took dinghy in tow to Penmaenmawr beach and was then diverted to a second casualty.
53	18/09/04	Fryers Bay Wind S/W 4	Mirror dinghy with 2 children on board thought to be in difficulty.	Children reached the shore ok and were on the slipway when the Lifeboat arrived on scene.
54	19/09/04	Fryers Bay Wind S/W 4	Penmon Coastguard reported vessel adrift and requested Lifeboat assistance.	When the Lifeboat arrived on scene it was found that a Charter boat had the vessel in tow. Lifeboat escorted them both to Gallows Point.
55	23/09/04	Britannia Bridge. Wind N/W 1	Police requested lifeboat assistance after clothing was found on Britannia Bridge.	After an extensive search nothing was found and the Lifeboat returned to station.
56	25/09/04	Caernarfon Wind S/W 3	Holyhead Coastguard received a " Mayday "call from a Yacht taking in water.	When the Lifeboat arrived on scene they found another boat nearby was assisting the casualty The Lifeboat accompanied them both to shore.

59	08/10/04	North of Puffin Island. Wind E 3	Fishing Boat with engine failure requesting assistance.	Shortly after launching Holyhead Coastguard re-called the Lifeboat as the fishing vessel had managed to restart their engine.
60	09/10/04	North of Puffin Island Wind E 5	Yacht with 5 people on board requesting assistance as 4 people on board suffering with severe sea sickness and hypothermia. Beaumaris Lifeboat also requested assistance fromMoelfre Lifeboat.	Beaumaris Lifeboat evacuated 4 persons from the Yacht and brought them back to Lifeboat Station. 2 Persons treated at Station and 2 taken to hospital in a waiting ambulance.
61	09/10/04	Between B2 & B3 Buoy Wind E 5	Yacht as above. Holyhead Coastguard asked Beaumaris Lifeboat to take over the tow from Moelfre Lifeboat in the Straits. Yacht towed to safe mooring in Beaumaris Bay.	The one crew left on the Yacht and the crews gear were taken ashore in Beaumaris. The Coastguard then took three persons to Conwy to pick up their car. The two casualties in hospital were expected to be discharged later.
62	09/10/04	Menai Bridge. Wind S/W 2	11pm. Lifeboat assistance required to a person threatening to jump from the chains on Menai Suspension Bridge.	After about 30 minutes person came down a Firemans ladder where he was apprehended by the Police.
63	17/10/04 10:13 am.	Penmon Area Wind N/W 2	Lifeboat assistance required to search for a person reported missing since 4:30 pm the previous day.	After an extensive search by Lifeboat, Coastguards and Helicopter the Lifeboat and Helicopter were stood down leaving Coastguards to search the shores.
64	17/10/04 1:05 pm.	Dinmore Wind N/W 4	Penmon Mobile Coastguards sighted an object in the water and tasked Beaumaris Lifeboat who confirmed it was the person they had been searching for.	Because of the swell and the close proximity of the rocks the Lifeboat couldn't gain access. The help of the Helicopter was requested and they were able to retrieve the body and went straight to the Hospital in Bangor.

65	21/10/04 4:20 pm.	Puffin Island Wind S/W 7 to 9	One of 4 canoeists managed to reach Penmon Beach and call for assistance via his mobile phone. 3 other canoeists were unable to leave Puffin Island where they had landed in adverse weather conditions.	Beaumaris Lifeboat arrived on scene and evacuated the canoeists and their canoes individually to Penmon Beach where they were then assisted by Bangor Coastguards.
66	24/10/04 06:37am.	Tre-Castell Point Wind S/W 6	Holyhead Coastguard requested assistance to a 38' Yacht with 3 people on board with engine failure and a dragging anchor.	Beaumaris Lifeboat put two crew members aboard to assist. Shortly after this vessel was able to restart his engine and the Lifeboat escorted them to a safe mooring in Beaumaris. The yachts crew were taken off to await a better weather forecast.
67	02/11/04 3 pm.	Port Dinorwic Wind E 4	Holyhead Coastguard requested assistance to a small fishing boat with engine failure and reported to be drifting.	When the Lifeboat arrived the fishing boats crew had managed to fix the problem and did not require further assistance.
68	03/11/04 2 pm.	Puffin Island Wind S/W 3	The RSPCA requested Lifeboat assistance to a seal reported to be trapped in a fishing net. An Inspector was taken aboard the Lifeboat and the seal was located at the North end of Puffin Island.	Another Inspector with a firearm was picked up from the beach at Penmon as it was feared that the seal would need to be put down but with the help of the Lifeboat crew the Inspector was able to cut free the net from the seals mouth and neck. Although the seal had deep cuts it was released.
69	21/11/04 6:40 pm	Menai Bridge	Lifeboat launch requested after telephone call received from person threatening to jump from Menai Suspension Bridge.	After an extensive search by Police, Coastguards and Lifeboat the search was called off believing it to be a hoax after receiving yet another call from Menai Bridge Square in the Town.

72	29/12/04 2:10 pm	Britannia Bridge	Holyhead Coastguard requested launch to assist Police after several motorists had reported a man on the parapet of the Britannia Bridge..	The Lifeboat started a search downstream of the bridge but shortly afterwards the Police apprehended a man. He was taken into custody as he was drunk.
